At Zyntra, we take pride in providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or dissatisfaction with results.

The only exception is if the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged.

  • Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage so our team can verify.

  • Once verified, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  1. The product arrives damaged and cannot be replaced, or

  2. We are unable to fulfill your order.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened items

  • Items without proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email)
